2-1/4 cups organic all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter (2 sticks), softened. (can substitute with cannabis-infused butter)
3/4 cup organic granulated sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs (room temperature)
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In small bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt.

In large mixing bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract until creamy
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in flour mixture gradually. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.

Drop onto parchment paper lined baking sheet by rounded tablespoon. Bake for 9-11 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes and transfer to wire cooling rack. Makes about 5 dozen cookies.
